Wisdom of the Shadow Meditation Cards & Book

Set comes with 44 artisan painted cards (prints, not originals) and a book to facilitate meditation focusing on one word per card.

The 44 cards and book are intended to be a deep and powerful tool for self-exploration, personal process, transformation, and healing.

Our fears, emotions, shame, discomfort, metamorphosis, boundaries, expression, expectations, judgement, pain... they all have stories to tell us and necessary guidance as we navigate the ways of wholeness, resilience, integration, soul-care, rising, healing, wisdom, and authenticity. These are all Core Essences to be explored throughout the Wisdom of the Shadow Oracle.

THE BOOK IS AN IN-DEPTH GUIDE TO YOUR INNER LANDSCAPE

The book serves to give context to the Core Essences within the cards, and more deeply than that (with shadow work, we look underneath the obvious) it serves to invite you to explore the themes and energies as they relate to your own life, journey, experience, and Wisdom. The book offers many ways to use the cards as personal process tools for transformation in addition to using them as traditional oracle cards.

THE PAINTINGS IN THIS DECK ARE FROM A COLLECTION OF OVER 20 YEARS WORTH OF SOUL WORK

Over half of them are from Jenny's private reserve of personal process paintings (never before seen by anyone else) that she created as part of her own inner journey with healing, integration, shadow work, self-exploration, and soul transformation. They are portals for deep inner work because they were birthed directly while in-the-process of deep inner work. They were not created for this deck. This deck was created from these works.

Each card has only the image and a Core Essence word printed on the front, with no other writing or numbers, so you can begin to feel into what arises from within before turning to the book. The themes were chosen based on what energies were spoken directly by the images themselves and what we felt were Core Essences to the inner journey, shadow work, and being human.
